Tests that run in minutes and don’t lie. Audit it, build it, migrate it, or let us own it.

For teams that already have tests, or should. We start with an audit that takes 2–3 days, from €1,500, and take it from there.

Nothing ships red. A pull request that breaks login stops at the gate, with the failing test named. The rest merge.

A slow, flaky suite costs more than no suite. Your team stops trusting it.

  • Flaky tests that pass on the second run

Developers re-run the pipeline until it’s green. Real failures get re-run away with them.

  • CI that takes long enough to switch tabs

Pull requests wait, people batch changes, and bigger releases carry more risk.

  • Coverage nobody has mapped to flows

You find the gaps when a release breaks login or checkout.

  • A Cypress or Selenium suite nobody wants to touch

Every change is risky, so tests fall behind the app.

Dev team questions. Before you book.

Do you need access to our code?

Yes. The audit reads your repo, your CI configuration and your recent run history. We sign an NDA first if you ask.

Do you change anything during the audit?

No. The audit is a report and a review call. Changes come later, as Test Foundation, a migration or a Fix Sprint.

How is the migration priced?

It’s scoped after the audit, because the size of the old suite decides it. The audit tells us which tests are flaky and which are worth moving.

What does Test Guard cost?

€1,500 to €4,000 per month, set by app size and release pace. Billed monthly. The lighter option is a Fractional QA lead: 20 hours a month from €2,500.

How do we pay for Test Foundation?

From €8,000, with 50% upfront. The final fixed price is set after the discovery call.

Tell us what you’re shipping.

An app, a rewrite, an AI agent, an automation, or a release that needs testing. A free 30-minute call, then a price in writing. If you don’t need us yet, we’ll say so.
