How engagements work. Same terms for every offer.
- A free 30-minute call comes first.
- NDA on request before you share anything; a DPA as standard for EU clients.
- Fixed-price work is 50% upfront. Monthly work is billed monthly, net 15.
- Either side can stop the work.
- The person named in the proposal does the work. No swap to a junior.
- Security and load tests run only with written permission, from you and, for load tests, your hosting provider.

Why is the check paid?
A free audit is a sales call with a checklist. A paid check is real engineering time and a report you keep.
What does “from” mean?
It’s the smallest scope we accept. We set the fixed price after the call, before any work starts.
Do prices include VAT?
No. EU businesses with a valid VAT number get reverse charge, businesses outside the EU are invoiced without VAT, and Romanian companies pay Romanian VAT.
Will you sign an NDA or a DPA?
Yes. An NDA before you share anything, and a DPA as standard for EU companies.
Who does the work?
The engineer named in the proposal. You talk to the person who tests your app.

Yes. The ranked fix list is yours, whatever you decide next.
